ScoutAI is an AI-powered job search assistance tool. It helps you discover job listings, generate tailored cover letters and resumes, and track your applications. ScoutAI is a tool to support your job search — it is not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or employment guarantee.

ScoutAI does not guarantee that you will receive interviews, offers, or employment through the use of our platform. Job search outcomes depend on many factors beyond the scope of our service.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and truthfulness of the resume data and personal information you provide.
• Reviewing all AI-generated content (cover letters, tailored resumes) before submitting it to potential employers. AI-generated content is a starting point and should be edited to reflect your voice and ensure accuracy.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Complying with all applicable laws when using the service.

ScoutAI uses artificial intelligence to generate cover letters, resume rewrites, and job matching suggestions. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should always review and edit generated content before use. ScoutAI is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

Job listings displayed on ScoutAI are sourced from third-party providers. While we work to filter out inactive or fraudulent listings, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job posting. ScoutAI is not responsible for the content of third-party job listings.

ScoutAI offers a free tier with core functionality. Paid tiers with additional features may be offered in the future. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from any tier at our discretion with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

ScoutAI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoutAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

The ScoutAI platform, its design, branding, and underlying technology are the property of ScoutAI. Content you upload (resumes, personal data) remains your property. AI-generated content created for you through the platform may be used freely by you.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of ScoutAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of ScoutAI shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
